Is there a usage limit?
It depends on the products and services handled by the merchant. Normally, we have restrictions so that we can not handle high-priced payments so that extremely large amounts of money do not pass, but we ask merchant for products and services and check them on our website and pamphlets. It is possible to remove the payment limit by receiving it.

Is it possible to manage sales?
You can manage card sales from the dedicated management page. Transaction information can be downloaded in Excel or CSV. In addition, functions such as sales trends and monthly graph creation are installed as standard in our management page, so it is very easy to see.

Can you pay the transfer fee at the time of payment?
We apologize for the inconvenience, but the remittance fee for the settlement will be borne by the merchant. For customers who do not have much sales in small business and feel that the remittance fee is a burden every time, we will inform you of a plan to reduce the transfer fee by setting the payment cycle once a month.

When will your credit card payment be deducted?
The withdrawal date varies depending on the credit card issuer. Please inquire directly with your credit card company. Also, please refer to the page of compatible credit cards. (There may be different cases depending on the customer.)

How do I know that my card reader is working?
When connected to a PC normally, the lamp on the card reader will light up.

How can I check that the card reader is normal?

What is chargeback?
A chargeback is a refund that occurs when a credit card company receives a complaint from a cardholder due to unauthorized use of a credit card, and the two parties discuss the matter.
